In order to have parallel lines, the slopes need to be equal, and to have perpendicular lines, the slopes must be negative reciprocals of each other:

m_2=-\frac{1}{m_1_{}}

Comparing the equations with the slope-intercept form of the linear equation (y = mx + b, m is the slope), we have m1 = -1 and m2 = 6.

Since the slopes are different and they don't obey the relation to perpendicular lines, therefore the answer is neither.
