Corruption is very disastrous and can even destroy more than Armed robbery. Think of a corruption case that involves a contractor contracted by the government to build a bridge to be used by public, but due to corruption involved in the process of the building which led to collapse of the bridge, think of how many lives it would possibly cost and the infrastructural damage. Armed robbery on the other side also is dangerous but in my own point of view, not dangerous than corruption because an armed robbery can be managed effectively by concerned authorities and also not everyone has the weapons to perform the tasks of an armed robber. In Nigeria for instance, there was a massive number of armed robbery cases to the extent that a law was passed out that all armed robbers should be executed publicly by a shooting squad. But weapons of all sorts are illegal in Nigeria, what led to the availability of weapons after the Nigerian civil war which was the reason wy it was rampant. Armed robbery might also lead to loss of lives and emotional disturbances, but beleive me it's not as bad as corruption.
