For a triangle, sum of any two sides of triangle must be greater than the third side of triangle.

Check for the sides of triangle.

\begin{gathered} 8+4>3 \\ 11>3 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 4+3>8 \\ 7\text{ is not greater than 8 } \end{gathered}

So there is no triangle with such dimensions as sum of side 3 and 4 is not greater than 8.

Answer: No triangle
