1) Examining the table we can write the following calculating the Average rate of change, applying the formula:

\Delta=(f(b)-f(a))/(b-a)

[0,5}

\Delta=(28-3)/(5-0)=(25)/(5)=5

[-3,3]

\Delta=(f(3)-f(-3))/(3+3)=(12-12)/(6)=0

[-5,3]

\Delta=(f(3)-f(-5))/(3-(-5))=(12-28)/(8)=(-16)/(8)=-2

[-3,5]

\Delta=(f(5)-f(-3))/(5-(-3))=(28-12)/(8)=(16)/(8)=2

2) Hence the answer in order is

5,0,-2,2
