(x, y) = (-6, 1)

2. radius of the circle: From the graph, we see that the y-coordinate of the center of the circle is 1 and that the extreme point in the positive y-direction is 5, therefore, the radius of the circle is:

r = 5 - 1 = 4.

3. point on the circle: We can see from the graph that the center of the circle has x-coordinate -6 and that the extreme point of the circle in the y-direction downwards is -3, therefore, the point:

(x, y) = (-6, -3) is a point on the circle.
