Simplify the expression.

\begin{gathered} 7(9y+2y-6)-9y=7(11y-6)-9y \\ =7\cdot11y-7\cdot6-9y \\ =77y-42-9y \\ =68y-42 \end{gathered}

So answer is 68y - 42.
