The volume of Cone is given by

V=(1)/(3)\pi r^2h

where the constant Pi is

\pi=3.14

and, in our case, the radius r=2 and the height h=9.

By substituting these values into the volume formula, we have

V=(1)/(3)\pi(2^2)(9)

which gives

\begin{gathered} V=(1)/(3)\pi\cdot4\cdot9 \\ V=\pi\cdot4\cdot3 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the answer is

V=12\pi
