The slope- intercept equation is

y = mx + b

Where, m = slope and b = intercept

slope = 1/7

We are given a point on the line as (7, 0)

The slope - intercept equation for a given point is

(y - y1) = m(x - x1)

y1 = 0 and x1 = 7

(y - 0) = 1/7(x - 7)

Open the parentheses

y = 1/7 * x - 1/7 x 7

y = 1/7x - 1

The answer is y = 1/7x - 1
