we have the quotient

\frac{\sqrt[]{4-x^2}}{\sqrt[]{2-x}}
\frac{\sqrt[]{4-x^2}}{\sqrt[]{2-x}}=\sqrt[]{(4-x^2)/(2-x)}=\sqrt[]{((2-x)(2+x))/(2-x)}=\sqrt[]{2+x}

therefore

the answer is option B
