total number of outcomes = 10 + 4 + 6 = 20

\text{ P(marble is not red)=}(4+6)/(20)=(1)/(2)
\text{ P(number 1)}=(3)/(20)
\text{ P(blue and number 3)=}(1)/(20)
\text{ P(number 20)=}(0)/(20)=0
