to determine the mass of hydrogen sulfide needed we must first determine the number of mols using the ideal gas equation which is

PV = nRT

we can the rearrange this equation to make n subject of the formula like so:

n = PV/RT

= (1809.7 x 50)/ (8.314 x444)

= 24. 5 mols

using the number of mols we can then determine the mass needed using te following equation

m = nM

m = (24.5 mol x 34.1g/mol)

= 835.9 grams
