A polynomial is divided in 3 terms. This means is a third degree polynomial.

It have 3 linear terms in x. Then polynomial have 3 roots

lets find it

Looking at the graph, then polynomial have 2 negative roots, and 1 positive root

BUT looking at the equation y= (x-5)•(x-2)•(4x+3), it have

2 positive roots ,and 1 negative root.

As they are inverse results, then is needed to change the signs in the polynomial

then y is transformed to

y = (x+5)•(x+2)•(4x-3)

and this transformation gives as answer equation for the graph.
