Identify the following solids. Then find the volumemy answer was wrong : Solid: Triangular prismVolume: 2,861.75I need to know the right answer. on some of the wrong answers, there was a note You need to look at the base of the shape. Although volume is V=Bh sometimes the B is 1/2bh or b x h. Apply the correct formula to solve for the volume.I am not sure if it applies here?

The figure is a triangular prism

The volume of a triangular prism is:

\begin{gathered} V=\text{base area}* height \\ \text{height of the prism = 25ft} \end{gathered}

The base is a triangle, hence the base area is:

\begin{gathered} (1)/(2)* base* height \\ =(1)/(2)*12*20=120ft^2 \end{gathered}

Hence, the volume of the triangular prism is:

120ft^2*25ft=3000ft^3

The Volume is 3,000 ft^3
