Given the function

f(x)=5x^2+7x-11

You have to calculate the value of the function when x=-3, for this, replace x with the given value

\begin{gathered} f(-3)=5(-3)^2+7(-3)-11 \\ f(-3)=5\cdot9-21-11 \\ f(-3)=45-32 \\ f(-3)=13 \end{gathered}
