We have the graph of the function h.

First, we must find h(-1)

To find h(-1) we must see which value takes the function when x = -1

In this case

We can see that when x = -1, the function is equal to 2.

So,

h(-1)=2

Second, to find one value of x for which h(x) = 5 we must see which value takes x when the function is equal to 5.

In this case

We can see when h(x) = 5, x takes the value of 1.

So,

\text{ One value of x for which h(x) = 5 : }1

The graph of a function h is shown below. Find h(-1) and find one value of x for which-example-1
