A'(-2,-2) D(4,-2)

In the Geometric Transformation below, the Dilation centered at the origin we have the pre image on the following points A (-1,-1) B (0,1) C(2,2) and D(2,-1)

Since the Dilation factor is 2

Then the Dilated figure will be found simply by multiplyling every coordinate by its factor. Due to the fact it is centered at the origin.

Finally, the Dilated figure will be:

A'(-2,-2) B(0,2) C(4,4) and D(4,-2)
