So,

From the graph, we can notice some facts:

- The graph is a rectangle which is limited by the lines: (except the last one)


\begin{gathered} x=0 \\ x=4 \\ y=1 \\ y=4 \end{gathered}

All the points inside the rectangle are greater than the line x=0 but less than the line x=4. So, our first inequalities are:


\begin{gathered} x\ge0 \\ x\leq4 \end{gathered}

Now, notice that all the points inside the rectangle are above the line y=1 and under the line y=4. (As you look, it is a dotted line so it is not included)

Then, the other inequalities are:


\begin{gathered} y\ge1 \\ y<4 \end{gathered}

So, the correct answer is the first one.
