The graph passes through the points (0, 0) and (2, 4).

Given two points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2), the equation of the line that passes through the points is given by:

(y_-y_1)/(y_2-y_1)=(x-x_1)/(x_2-x_1)

In this case,

x1 = 0, y1 = 0, x2 = 2, and y2 = 4:

\begin{gathered} (y-0)/(4-0)=(x-0)/(2-0) \\ (y)/(4)=(x)/(2) \\ y=(x)/(2)*4=2x \end{gathered}

y = 2x
