1) pH. This is a way to measure how acidic or basic water is. The range goes from 0 to 14. Between 0 and 6.99, the solution is acidic. This means the H+ concentration is high. Between 7.01 and 14, the solution is basic. This means the OH- concentration is high. 7 is neutral because the H+ and OH- concentrations are equal.
