Given:

Volume of Cylinder A = 201 km³

Cylinder B is twice as a Cylinder A

Find: Volume of Cylinder B

Solution:

1. Since we are talking about volume, get the cube of the scale factor 2.

2^3=2*2*2=8

2. Multiply the result by the volume of the Cylinder A.

8*201km^3=1,608km^3

Therefore, the volume of the image Cylinder B is 1, 608 km³.
