If y varies inversely as x with a constant of -3

So,

y=-(3)/(x)

When y = 15, solve for x

So,

\begin{gathered} 15=-(3)/(x) \\ 15x=-3 \\ x=-(3)/(15)=-(1)/(5)=-0.2 \end{gathered}

So, when y = 15 , x = -0.2
