Center- (-13, -6)

Radius = 12 units

Explanation:

The radius is gotten by first taking the distance between the point using the distance formula

D = √(-11+1)²+(-25+1)²

D = √(-10)²+(-24)²

D = √100 + 576

D = √676

D = 26

This gives the diameter of the circle

Radius = diameter/2

radius = 26/2

Radius = 12

The center of the circle is the midpoint of the coordinate

X = x1+x2/2 and Y = y1+y2/2

X = -1 - 25/2

X = -26/2

X = -13

Y = -1 - 11/2

Y = -12/2

Y = -6

Hence the center is at (-13, -6)
