By distributing the minus sign into the parentheses, we get

-(-10h)-(-7w)

By the law of signs for multiplication and division:

we have that

\begin{gathered} -(-10h)=+10h \\ and \\ -(-7w)=7w \end{gathered}

So we have

10h+7w

So the answer is: 10h+7w
