\begin{gathered} \sqrt[]{(y-1)^2+(5-3)^2}=\sqrt[]{13} \\ (y-1)^2+4=13 \\ (y-1)^2=9 \\ y_+-1=3 \\ y_+=4 \\ y_--1=-3 \\ y_-=-2 \end{gathered}

The only compatible answer is B
