From figure I we notice that the coordinates of the right vertex are (9,-5), if we apply a 90° degrees counterclockwise rotation we get the point (5,9), Now is we translate this point 10 units to the left we get the point (-5,9). Notice that this points correspond to the higher point of figure J.

Therefore:

A rotation of 90° counterclockwise about the origin followed by a translation left 10 units.
