we know that

A function is "even" when: f(x) = f(−x) for all x

so

we have

g(x)=4x^2+3

if you substitute x for -x

g(-x)=4(-x^2)+3

the function is the same, because

g(-x)=4(x^2)+3

so

g(x)=g(-x)

the function is even
