Given a right triangle with the side lengths of legs = 9 and 13

For the required angle :

opposite side = 9

adjacent side = 13

so,

\begin{gathered} \tan \theta=(opposite)/(adjacent)=(9)/(13) \\ \\ \theta=\tan ^(-1)(9)/(13)=34.7 \end{gathered}
