The coordinates of the given figure are:

G(-2,3)

H(-3,-4)

I(4,1)

When you apply a dilation by a factor k, the new coordinates will be the result of multiplying each original coordinate by the scale factor as:

(x,y)\rightarrow(kx,ky)

The scale factor is 2.5, then the new coordinates will be:

\begin{gathered} G^(\prime):(-2*2.5,3*2.5)\rightarrow(-5,7.5) \\ H^(\prime):(-3*2.5,-4*2.5)\rightarrow(-7.5,-10) \\ I^(\prime):(4*2.5,1*2.5)\rightarrow(10,2.5) \end{gathered}

The answer is the last option. G'(
