Since we have two point of the line, we can easily apply the slope-point formula for a line:

the two points are A=(8,0) and B=(-4,6)

then the slope will be:

m=(6-0)/(-4-8)=(6)/(-12)=-(1)/(2)

then the equation of the line will be:

(y-0)=-(1)/(2)(x-8)\Rightarrow y=-(1)/(2)x+4

the correct answer is the second option:

y=4-(x)/(2)
