If the direction of the line goes from the negative part to the positive part, then the slope of the line is positive.

If the direction of the lines goes from the positive part to the negative part, then the slope of the line is negative.

If the line is parallel to the x-axis (horizontal line), then its slope is zero

From the given graph:

Since the direction of the line goes from the negative part to the positive part, then

The slope is positive

The answer is C

Since the line intersects the y-axis above the x-axis, then

The y-intercept is positive
