Tonisha has two types of jewerlly she can work on, but only has 25 hours of time available for them. It takes her a total of one hour for each bracelet (x) and three hours for each necklace (y). She has to manage her time working on both in such a way that the total work time doesn't surpass 25, thefore we can represent this situation with the following expression

x+3y\leq25

The total time working on bracelets (1*x) plus the total time working on necklaces (3*y) is less or equal to her total available time (25).

She wants to make at least $100 profit from these jewellry, for each bracelet she profits $6 and for each necklace she profits $11, so the expression that models this situation is:

6x+11y\ge100

The total profit from bracelets plus the total profit from necklaces must be greater than 100.
