What type of genetic material do coronaviruses have?

Viruses are taxonomically organized, hence the presence of viruses families, coronaviruses as we call commonly this type belong to the family Coronaviridae, and is characterized by positive-strand RNA viruses, the Orthocoronaviridae genus (properly the coronaviruses) as member of the Coronaviridae family they are single-stranded RNA viruses, this group causes a wide range of respiratory diseases in animals and humans including the COVID-19.
