We have a spinner that has 4 equal sectors. Then, there is a probability of:

P(yellow) = 1/4.

P(black) = 1/4.

P(green) = 1/4.

P(red) = 1/4.

Then, the probability that landing on a sector that is not black is:

P(not black) = 1 - 1/4 = 3/4.

That is the probability of landing on yellow, green, and red sectors.
