y = 2/3x+5 (eq. 1)

7x - 3y = 15 (eq. 2)

Substituting equation 1 into equation 2,

\begin{gathered} 7x-3((2)/(3)x+5)=15 \\ 7x-3\cdot(2)/(3)x+3\cdot5=15 \\ 7x-2x+15=15 \\ 5x+15=15 \\ 5x=15-15 \\ 5x=0 \\ x=(0)/(5) \\ x=0 \end{gathered}

Replacing this result into equation 1,

\begin{gathered} y=(2)/(3)\cdot0+5 \\ y=5 \end{gathered}

The answer is (0,5)
