When x=-6, substitute the value of -6 for x in equation 1.

Thus,


\begin{gathered} y=x+6 \\ \text{where x=-6} \\ y=-6+6 \\ \Rightarrow y=0 \end{gathered}

When x=0, substitute the value of 0 for x in equation 1.

Thus,


\begin{gathered} y=x+6 \\ \text{where x=0} \\ \text{thus,} \\ y=0+6 \\ \Rightarrow y=6 \end{gathered}

When x=1, substitute the value of 1 for x in equation 1.

Thus,
