We have to find a function that represents the number of ears of corne he sells at the market.

The total harvest is x.

From this total, 1500 is kept for the livestock.

From what is left (x-1500), he sells 1/4 in the farmers market.

Then, he sells (1/4) of (x-1500)

We can write this as:

f(x)=(1)/(4)(x-1500)

The answer is option C.
