In the xy-coordinate plane, the graph of the equation y = 3x^2 -12x - 36 has zeros at x=a and x=b where a < b. The graph has a minuimum at (c, -48). What are the values of a, b, and c?

then:

according to the graph we see that there are zeros on the x-axis in (6,0) and (-2,0)

and there is a minimum in (2, - 48), therefore:

answer:

a = - 2

b = 6

c = 2
