Solution

The standard equation of a line

y=mx+b

Where

\begin{gathered} m=(-5)/(4) \\ \\ x=4 \\ y=2 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 2=(-5)/(4)(4)+b \\ \\ 2=-5+b \\ 2+5=b \\ b=7 \end{gathered}

The equation of the line is
