A seen from the graph, the line passes through the points:


(-2,6),(1,0)

The slope is given by the formula:


\begin{gathered} m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ m=(0-6)/(1-(-2)) \\ m=(-6)/(3) \\ m=-2 \end{gathered}

Hence the slope is -2.
