The perimeter of a rectangle is given by the formula below.

In our case,

$\begin{gathered} b=15,h=14 \\ \Rightarrow P=2\cdot15+2\cdot14=30+28=58 \\ \Rightarrow P=58 \end{gathered}$

The answer is 58 cm
