to solve this problem, we can use the formula of area of a parallelogram to do this


\begin{gathered} A=bh \\ b=4m \\ h=3m \\ A=4*3=12m^2 \end{gathered}

the perimeter of the parallelogram


\begin{gathered} p=2(\text{base}* slant\text{ height)} \\ p=2*(4+6) \\ p=2*10 \\ p=20m^{} \end{gathered}

from the calculations above, the area and perimeter of the parallelogram is 12m^2 and 20m
