It is known that a table the probability of an element in probabilty distribution table lies between 0 and 1 including both the numbers. Also the sum of all probabilities is equal to 1.

In the given table, each probability lies between 0 and 1. The sum of all probabilities is 0.8928.

Thus, the table cannot be probability distribution. The answer is no.
