The ratio of flagpole shadow and flagpole height is,

The rate of woman shadow and woman height (h) is,

`(2)/(h)`

The ratio is smae for woman and flagpole. So,

`(13)/(30)=(2)/(h)`

Solve for h.

`\begin{gathered} (13)/(30)=(2)/(h) \\ h=(2\cdot30)/(13) \\ =(60)/(13) \\ =4.615\text{ feet} \\ \approx4.6\text{ feet} \end{gathered}`

Answer: 4.6 feet
