In order to estimate the number of customers paying with a credit card, first let's calculate the total number of customers in the last week:

65+26+8=99

Now, to do the estimate, we can use the following rule of three:

\begin{gathered} \text{total customers}\to\text{ credit card} \\ 99\to8 \\ 600\to x \end{gathered}

Let's write the following proportion and solve it for x:

\begin{gathered} (99)/(600)=(8)/(x) \\ x\cdot99=600\cdot8 \\ x=(600\cdot8)/(99) \\ x=48.48 \end{gathered}

Therefore we can estimate that 48 customers will use credit card.
