The transformation given is translation, this one takes the original points 3 units to the left (since the sign on x is negative) and 4 units up.

The coordinates of the original points are R(-1,0), S(1,1) and T(1,-3), hence the new coordinates are:


\begin{gathered} R(-1,0)\rightarrow R^(\prime)(-4,4) \\ S(1,1)\rightarrow S^(\prime)(-2,5) \\ T(1,-3)\rightarrow T^(\prime)(-2,1) \end{gathered}

Then we have the points:


\begin{gathered} R^(\prime)(-4,4) \\ S^(\prime)(-2,5) \\ T^(\prime)(-2,1) \end{gathered}

This can be seen in the following graph:

The original triangle is in green and the traslated one is in blue.
