start by making the graph and joing the 3 points given at the moment

now to find the point missing remember that a rectangle is a figure with 2 pairs of equal sides that has 4 inner 90° angles.

For this draw 2 parallel lines to the 2 lines given and find the missing point by finding the intercept of the 2 lines

the missing point for the rectangle is (2,-3)
