What changes would you like to see in your body as a result of circuit training? How can you achieve those changes?

1. Don't use me for points pls so think about it before you answer
2. Don't comment bullying comment's, things that will hurt people, mean thing in general that are considering bullying
3. Don't cause harassment against people to answer a question I post if they comment they might can help

How intense it was. The fact that i had to focus my breathing and keep pushing myself through all of these exercises made it addictive. I love doing a workout that i feel the need to push myself to see my best results or outcomes.

I would like to see more weight loss,getting faster/better at the exercises and doing more repititions of the whole routine,insted of doing it 3 times being able to do it 4 times next time.You can achive these changes by doing circuit training more often and trying your hardest every time
