We need to write an equation in standard form with a positive slope

First write equation with a positive slope in slope intercept form

Then convert it to the standard form

So, the equation will be for example : y = 2x + 3

So, the equation in standard form will be : y - 2x = 3

We can write a general form for the line with a positive slope as following :

ay-bx=c

Where a and b are a positive integers and not equal zero
