Simplify the expression 3(5x+3)-4(-2x+10)

\begin{gathered} \text{first, we multiply 3 by 5x+3 and (-4) by -2x+10:} \\ 3\cdot5x+3\cdot3+(-4)(-2x)+(-4)10 \\ \text{hence, by doing the products, we have} \\ 15x+9+8x-40 \\ \text{now, we joint similar terms:} \\ 15x+8x+9-40 \\ \text{FINALLY, we have} \\ 23x-31 \end{gathered}
