Male Dogs would be 20/130 (the amount of frequency divided by the total)

\begin{gathered} Maledogs=(20)/(130)=(10)/(65)=(5)/(13)=0.38=38\text{ \%} \\ \\ Femaledogs=(30)/(130)=(15)/(65)=(3)/(13)=0.23=23\text{ \%} \\ \\ \end{gathered}

Then for cats is the same:

Male cats 40/130=0.307=0.31=31%

Female cats 40/130=0.307=0.31=31%

Total male animals = 60/130 =0.46=46%

Total female animals = 70/130=0.54=54%

And total total is = 130/130=1=100%
